Troubleshooting and support

If something does not work as expected, the steps below resolve the most common issues.

Steps
  1. Microphone not detected: check that your browser has permission to use the microphone, then reload the page.
  2. Transcription does not start: confirm patient consent when prompted, and check your internet connection.
  3. Cannot open prescriptions: add a digital signature in Settings, then try again.
  4. Note did not generate: make sure a transcript or text is present, then select Generate Medical Note again.
  5. Still stuck: use Contact support below to send us a message, or email [email protected].
