Workplace and team

Contact support

The workplace area shows your clinic information and team members. Administrators can invite members, approve requests, and manage roles.

Steps
  1. Open Workplace to view the workplace name, fax number, and the joined and pending members.
  2. As an administrator, edit the workplace fax number with its Edit button.
  3. Invite a member by email and assign a role; the person appears under Pending until they accept.
  4. From a member's menu, approve or reject a pending member, assign administrator rights, or view activity and file access logs.
